Please fill out this confidential form to book an appointment. Upon reciveing your email I will forward a case history form to be filled out. Then I will contact your horses vet to gain written consent for treatment.

This is a protocol to ensure there is nothing from either the vet or the horses history, that raises alarm. To confirm osteopathic treatment is appropriate for the animal.

Due to the nature of the job, with distances between yards and session times varying depending on what the horse needs. Scheduling is done with an email enquiry so I can fit everyone in efficently and work around individual needs.
